The Management Infrastructure adheres to the following policy:

• To provide Security Officers that are both experienced and have the necessary qualifications for the assignment and with the current SIA regulations
• Provide the client with a portfolio of all Security Officers who will be undertaking the assignment,
• The client will have the opportunity to interview and approve Security Officers for the assignment.
• Senior Management staff will be available on a 24/7 basis where appropriate.
• Elite Security UK Limited management is available on a minimum of a weekly basis for the benefit of staff and clients and will make site visits.
• All security Officers will be competent in using any surveillance equipment.
